Settings Use the new menu at the bottom, mouse hovering over the workflow tab will continue to blink

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [x] I have searched existing issues to make sure this isn't a duplicate
- [x] I have tested with all custom nodes disabled ([see how](https://docs.comfy.org/troubleshooting/custom-node-issues#step-1%3A-test-with-all-custom-nodes-disabled))

### What happened?

Set Use New menu to bottom. When multiple workflow files are opened, place mouse over the first or second workflow tab on the far left. Mouse will blink continuously and cannot click on those two tabs.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Set new menu to bottom
2. Open multiple workflow files consecutively
3. Mouse over tab of first file on left
