FR: Create persistent exposed menu buttons for more common operations

> DOM Menus are obviously work in progress.. they could do with some re-ordering and stream-lining.. some things are better suited to icons than explicit menu entries, and context matters.. the active tab menu could do with hosting all the functions related to the current workflow, like save, export etc.
> Settings icon bottom left on the bar was a good place to hang it, moving it to a menu on the main icon is a regression I think.
> Theme choice, light dark, that's also a single icon feature. Moon for dark, sun for light, just toggle the icon on click at put in on the sidebar, no need for a fat menu entry 🙂
