[UI/UX]: New UI's unnecessary changes: new menus and rows

### What happened?

New UI has important features hidden in menus, for example:

On top of that, workflows tab is now always on a separate second row, which clutters the space on screen and reduces the amount of visible information (which is important for workflows).

Update to the latest ComfyUI.
