[UI/UX] Make clicking subgraph badge navigate to the subgraph

Description
Currently situation:
There are 2 icons on subgraph. The badge is not clickable, while the navigate icon is.
Proposed UI:
The subgraph badge is highlighted, and switch to navigate icon when hovered. Clicking the subgraph badge opens the subgraph.
Reasoning:
It is hard to know what is clickable right now for first time user.
