[Bug]: Horizontal scrolling

### What happened?

Keybinding section of settings now has horizontal scroll by default on 16" MacBook.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open settings on some device with a "decent but not huge" screen.

### How is this affecting you?

Visual/UI issue only

1.26.0 -> 16d7436

### Additional Context

Should wrap the setting name text - would prefer to prevent wrap on the key bind text blob (also in screenshot).

Could also reducing the text in the setting name, or group settings to remove the repetition of section information in similar settings' names.
