[WAI] Standard Canvas Navigation Mode causes the middle mouse wheel to scroll up and down instead of zoom

As per what can be seen in [https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1247306607709393017/1403253273913458760/brave_ydajpSLS68.mp4?ex=6896e0f3&is=68958f73&hm=1e06b605297c7bb114991d0af4d150f9aa585bf87e5323a002e9d16b62e10861&](url) < This video, the "Standard" Canvas Navigation seems to cause the middle mouse wheel to scroll instead of zoom in or out.

This is something that should be nonsensical, most graph software definitely doesn't behave this way. If this is necessary for whatever reason, then this should be a separate mode that uses this functionality, with another mode with actually standard functionality of the middle mouse wheel zooming in and out.
