[Feature]: Add a toggle to hide API workflow templates

### What problem are you experiencing?

I don't use API nodes, so I would like to hide API workflows from the list of workflow templates. There should be a toggle that allows the user to hide them. The setting should be remembered across restarts. If the app is run with `--disable-api-nodes`, the toggle should be on by default. The best location for this button would probably be the modal's header.

When browsing built-in workflow templates.
