[Feature Request]: Zoom lock

### What would your feature do ?

I can't stand how, unlike 99% of websites, ComfyUI frontend reacts to scroll events by jerking the zoom level in and out. I hit this by accident all the time. There are already modern plus (+) and minus (-) buttons to control zoom. Please provide an option to permanently disable scroll zoom.
