[Feature Request]: Please bring back previous node pinning behaviour or give an option for it

### What would your feature do ?

It used to be like this: Pinning a node would disable it's movement by dragging, but if it was inside a group it could move with the group while still being immovable by dragging itself. Please bring back that behavior or at least give an option for it.
My ComfyUI version is 0.3.38 and comfyui_frontend version is 1.20.7.

Start by reproducing the pinning behavior in ComfyUI version 0.3.38 with comfyui_frontend 1.20.7, comparing a pinned node moved directly with the same node inside a group. Trace the frontend code handling node dragging, pinning, and group movement; done means pinned nodes cannot be dragged directly but still move with their group, or the behavior is exposed as an option.
