[[Feature Request]: Prioritize the display of the nodes that users have tagged in the node context menu.

### What would your feature do ?

Currently, we have added a lot of nodes. However, some users have provided feedback that they can't find these nodes in the context menu and don't know how to change the nodes order in the context menu.

So, I think perhaps we need to prioritize displaying the nodes that users have tagged, so that they can customize the nodes they use most frequently.


### Proposed workflow

When the context menu shows the nodes that users have tagged, display them at the top.
