[Feature Request]: Provide a dropdown list when there are a lot of workflows opened.

### What would your feature do ?

Currently, when a lot of workflows are opened, it's hard to switch between them.So, providing a dropdown list will make the switching easier.

### Proposed workflow

Here is my demo.
1. When the number of workflows exceeds the limit, an additional `···` will be displayed.
2. When the user clicks it, a drop down list will expand.
