[Feature Request]: Resize DOM widgets

### What would your feature do ?

Allow manual resize of individual DOM widgets. Save state with workflow.

### Proposed workflow

1. Click DOM widget resize corner(s?)
2. Drag
3. DOM widget resizes

### Additional information

Should work for at least multiline string input (textarea).

Would be nice to have a generic flag, but probably has to be coded per-widget, or it could become difficult to maintain.
