Description
### Is there an existing issue for this?
- [x] I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits
### What would your feature do ?
This feature would partition all settings into Advanced and Non-Advanced categories, then hide the advanced by default. In particular, it would hide settings that 99% of users would never care about, which can be said of a lot of them. Then users will actually be able to scroll through settings casually and discover actually valuable ones, which is a thing that's not really possible right now in a short amount of time.
### Proposed workflow
1. User opens settings, but does not see a hundred different things and does not see settings that require a PHD or reading an essay to understand.
2. Then they can reasonably peruse through all important settings, and discover some new features they didn't know about
3. After months of use, they can finally come back and show advanced settings with a toggle or checkbox
4. After activating the toggle, those fields are visible again, and the user can read them
