[Feature Request]: Move/Show/Hide Buttons for All Button Bars

### What would your feature do ?

Want to be able to move the buttons (at least within their own bars).

Moving across "sidebars" would be welcome as well -- lets the user configure the layout however they want -- even reducing top+bottom+side into a single sidebar.

You should also be able to "hide" buttons which means some mechanism to show them again.

### Proposed workflow

MOVE
1. Go to any action bar
2. Long left-click + drag a button
3. Drag button to new bar location
4. Release to place new button in (new) bar location

SHOW/HIDE
1. Go to any action bar
2. Right-click the bar area for context menu
3. Scan a list of buttons with checkmarks showing if they are visible or hidden
4. Select to check or uncheck visible state for button(s) in list
5. Buttons appear or disappear on selected bar based on their visible state
