[Feature Request]: Allow to change path when Save As a workflow inside subdirectory

### What would your feature do ?

When saving a workflow open from a subdirectory, it only allow to input the file name and save to the same directory.


Make it use the full path when using the save as feature.

### Proposed workflow

1. Open a workflow that saved in a subdirectory
2. Click Workflow, Save As
3. Show the full path
4. If user change the directory, the workflow will save to the new directory.
