[Feature Request]: Allow users to customize toolbox options

### What would your feature do ?

The new toolbox was a great idea !

I'd like to have more buttons there, but I recognize that if we have too many buttons, it would be harder to use ( like a right click menu with too many options ).

So I think it would be better to allow users to select which buttons they want in the toolbox.

### Proposed workflow

We could have a section in the user settings, to select the buttons we want in the toolbox.
We could use toggle switches, to enable each button in the toolbox.


We could have the current buttons ( enabled by deafult ),
- remove
- pin
- bypass
- colors

As well as other other buttons,
- mute

And even buttons that would be shown only in specific node types, ( e.g. image nodes ),
- save image
- open image
- open in MaskEditor
