Fix UI/X misinterpretation on the Help Center

### What problem are you experiencing?

I believe this is bad UI/X because I am one case of a misunderstanding in the following area:

In the section titled "What's new?" it lists the different comfy versions. This was not clear what its trying to communicate and for whatever reason for the longest time, I thought this meant that my comfy was up to date, I thought that ComfyUI was updating in the background (as Chrome does for example) and this section was just letting me know that these are the things included in those versions if I wanted more info. It was only when I installed a custom node that actually logs version did I realize I was not up to date (I know I can go to Settings> About to see version).

Some suggestions (choose one or more):
1. Add a button when hovering over each of those that says "Upgrade"
2. Have a tooltip with icon to show the user what version they are, when hovered, it says "Current version", ie:
- 30.2
- 30.1
- 30.0 (i)
3. Under the list, add a note saying "Current Version: x.y.z"

1 would be most complex, it'd have to automate the process in https://docs.comfy.org/installation/update_comfyui for the user (or just take them to that page?). 2 Is a nice in-between, doesn't change layout but a tooltip would have to be done (if not done elsewhere). 3 Would be simplest.
