Canvas lock is default and broken

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [ ] I have custom nodes enabled

### What happened?

By default, I couldn't drag-move around the canvas or zoom with mouse wheel. After switching canvas lock using `h`, I can't go back now and cannot select nodes.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch ComfyUI with `--front-end-version Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend@latest`
2. Open in Chromium
3. Try to use as is
4. Hit `h` to unlock canvas
