Nodes and fonts increased size messes up workflows.

### What problem are you experiencing?

Between 16.3 and 21.1 someone decided to change the font and node sizes so that all previously created workflows are affected.

Options to change the font size in nodes have been removed from the ComfyUI\user\default\comfy.settings.json

For an unnecessary cosmetic change you have negatively affect users. Now I'll have to go over many workflows, that other people use, and spend time fixing a problem that has no reason to exist.

Reproduce the size difference between versions 16.3 and 21.1, then inspect ComfyUI\user\default\comfy.settings.json and the frontend code that applies node and font sizing. Compare behavior with an existing workflow; done means prior workflows retain usable sizing and the relevant size controls work as expected.
