Templates filter buttons non-functional in 1.42.11, but work when FE downgraded

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [x] I have custom nodes enabled

### What happened?

Various template buttons are non-functional in 0.19.1 with shipped 1.42.11
running on firefox, in a venv, on Ubuntu.

Downgrade to 1.39.19 the current template buttons work, so it is front-end at fault here.

Buttons such as 'local' don't work.
