Collapsed Node as appeared the top node after Opening the Workflow

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [x] I have custom nodes enabled

### What happened?

This issue only happens in Nodes 2.0. Every time I drag and drop a workflow or a manual opening a workflow json file, the collapsed nodes stays at the top above and shows the expanded node was behind. How to fix this? It could be z order bug in Nodes 2.0 since it uses Vue DOM

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the latest comfy version with Nodes 2.0 enabled
2. Just opened the workflow I attached
3. You will see that collapsed appeared as the top
