Changing tab while saving causes wrong workflow to be saved

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [x] I have custom nodes enabled

### What happened?

Close a tab on a workflow that has been changed, and select another workflow tab.

You are prompted to save the modified workflow you are saving. Click yes.

The workflow you have now selected gets saved with the filename of the one you closed, deleting that workflow.
