App Builder Mode UI Bug

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [x] I have custom nodes enabled

### What happened?

App Builder mode causes a misalignment in the input parameter highlighting within LiteGraph mode.


### Steps to Reproduce

1. Change to LiteGraph mode (Nodes2.0 is not stable yet for me)
2. Go to App Builder mode
3. Click on parameters to expose

### How is this affecting you?

Visual/UI issue only
