bug/missing Graph workflow when swifting tabs bewteen App and Graph

### Prerequisites

- [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
- [ ] I have custom nodes enabled

### What happened?

Workflows are likely to go missing when switching between the `App mode` and `Graph mode` tabs.
Guess: It might be a workflow persistence issue when switching between tabs.

### Steps to Reproduce

When opening multiple tabs in ComfyUI Cloud (including both `App and Graph modes`), workflows occasionally go missing when switching between them.

### How is this affecting you?

Feature doesn't work as expected
