Implement DiCache (for Flux, HunyuanVideo and WAN)

This one seems to be easy in code (just the forward function).
I unfortunately lack the python and comfyui skill to implement this so i'm just throwing this out here hoping someone would be skilled enough to pick it up and implement it. From their results this seems to be the best caching mechanism (for flux) to date improving speed and retaining detail.

Note that they only released code for Flux and HunyuanVideo, WAN is to be released at a future date (don't know when, ask them).
