After Upgrade ComfyUI no longer starts: Python Packages suddenly missing

### Expected Behavior

ComfyUI (Desktop Version for Windows) should start normally.

### Actual Behavior

When starting ComfyUI I get this error image:

Upgrade Desktop Version of ComfyUI to latest version
