Please publish Docker image with GitHub workflow

Hello, I'm @yt-koike.

I admire your work and I would like a Docker image built on every release.
The GitHub offers [a feature to publishing Docker images](https://docs.github.com/en/actions/tutorials/publish-packages/publish-docker-images) so it is easy to use it to publish images.
I don't mind if the target registry is [Docker Hub](https://hub.docker.com/), ghcr.io or others.

I am eager to contribute to this issue. Thank you :)
