ComfyUI Desktop app bug on install node

### Custom Node Testing

- [x] I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see [how to disable custom nodes](https://docs.comfy.org/troubleshooting/custom-node-issues#step-1%3A-test-with-all-custom-nodes-disabled) if you need help)

### Expected Behavior

When pressing restart the comfyui node should load the interface and all the previous installed nodes

### Actual Behavior

When installing new nodes trough the manager and pressing restart, the first restart installs all the packages but wont load pass the installation script. On the second launch it loads evrything but fails to load some nodes, only on the third restart does it work as intended

### Steps to Reproduce

Install custom nodes and press restart manager
