ComfyUI no longer correctly updates nodes with new models.

### Custom Node Testing

### Expected Behavior

Previously with ComfyUI I was able to add new models and loras to the expected folders and be able to use them after a refresh.

### Actual Behavior

The added models are visible in the Model Library but not in the nodes itself. Dragging and dropping the node from the library gives "Prompt outputs failed validation: LoraLoader: - Value not in list: X" on execution. This issue has persisted through at least two re-installations.

### Steps to Reproduce

Step 1. Open ComfyUI
Step 2. Add a new lora into the lora folder while ComfyUI is running
Step 3. Click R on your keyboard
Step 5. Attempt to use the newly loaded lora
Step 6. Fail
