### Custom Node Testing

- [x] I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see [how to disable custom nodes](https://docs.comfy.org/troubleshooting/custom-node-issues#step-1%3A-test-with-all-custom-nodes-disabled) if you need help)

### Expected Behavior

When node is deleted, node is not there and thus its not in cache and thus cannot cause issues.

### Actual Behavior

Node is not there (visually) but it does cause bugs, due being somehow or partially cached and I need to use custom node to flush cache. Using this https://github.com/AIToldMeTo/comfyui-cache-cleaner cause one in easy use doesnt work.

### Steps to Reproduce

Mostly happens with RES4LYF nodes, but also had it with sMz nodes. Or random basic stuff, where I either delete node or change prompt, but it doesnt seem anything changed. Couple times I had workflow that shouldnt even work, yet it did, cause it somehow used previous state.
