Loading workflow appears to overwrite previous tab

### Custom Node Testing

### Expected Behavior

Open second or third workflow, be able to switch between tabs and not have other workflows change to the newly opened one.

### Actual Behavior

Open second or third workflow, unable to switch between tabs as the other workflows change to the newly opened one.

### Steps to Reproduce

Open one workflow, then open a second. Switch to the tab of the first opened workflow, see it's now just like the one you just opened.
