Can I Post A Complete Working Build Guide/Configuration Settings/Portable ComfyUI With 5000 Series GPUS ?

Let me know if this is acceptable here. I found a completely working way to setup Portably Comfy for 5000 series GPUs. As well, my configuration settings in the UI, can run 800x400 24 FPS 24 Steps Hunyuan text to video nvencH264 with custom VAE Decode settings at 373 length on my 5090 with no OOM errors. I also have a shortcut to the .bat file on my desktop, no need to go to ComfyUI folder to start it. Or what forum can I put the build/configuration guide in?
