Can't drop image to upload anymore, 'Failed to fetch', H2 or QUIC REQUIRED

### Custom Node Testing

- [x] I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see [how to disable custom nodes](https://docs.comfy.org/troubleshooting/custom-node-issues#step-1%3A-test-with-all-custom-nodes-disabled) if you need help)

### Expected Behavior

Dropping an image on core "Load Image" make a local copy in input/ and loads the image.

### Actual Behavior

Now, when I drop the image:

I disabled custom nodes, updated to latest version as today ( v0.3.40), still no luck.

I also enabled the QUIC protocol and restarted the browser:


### Steps to Reproduce

Workflow > Templates > image to image
Drag an image from your OS (I'm using GNOME > nemo)
Drop it on the Load Image node
