KSamepler duplicate temp img, bug?

### Expected Behavior

Hi all , first sorry, im not english.

I have a question with the Ksampler of Efficiency Nodes. If preview is enabled, and IMG is connected to a Preview node, two equal files are generated in the TMP folder.

I'm pretty sure this started recently
With the standard KSampler it works fine, only one image is saved in temporary.

Is this a new feature? a bug? can it be fixed?

I have tried with a clean installation of ComfyUI with only Efficiency installed and the same thing happens.
