Notifications are in Chinese in Desktop Version (Mac OS)

### Expected Behavior

ComfyUI Desktop - Notifications in English when English set for local.

### Actual Behavior

Notifications (red) are in Chinese despite having English set for local. The rest of the interface is in English.

### Steps to Reproduce

Happens everytime I start the application
