ComfyUI Desktop - Where to add arguments?

In ComfyUI portable, you could edit a bat file and add command line arguments there. Where do we do that in the new desktop version? I'm looking to add --use-flash-attention

I have searched all of the ComfyUI directories I could find looking for "--cuda-device 0" since I see that is an argument as listed on the Server-Config Settings page, and it is also shown on the About page in the Arguments section. But where can we set those?
