LOAD MODEL FOLDER: additional model YAML doesn't work well

Load model folder "wizard" or option. extra_model_paths.yam doesn't work for all instances.

### Existing Solutions

With so many ways to play with comfyUI (portable, gui, Stability Matrix), it would benefit greatly to choose where model folder lies. If I point it with extra_model_paths.yaml, it doesn't load correctly. Even when it shows the correct path, it doesn't load the models. From what I gather, it's because I started with Stability Matrix, they do folder structure differently (links) and then it's not read because it's not with accompanying required folders/files for models to be read. This should really be addressed. I should be able to have a one4all folder that I can direct any apps to.
