dev mode for testing node packs

### Feature Idea

Now that export workflow_api.json is an option by default, the dev mode toggle doesn't seem to do anything.

What i would love it to toggle an --editable mode for node packs or classes that are actively being developed to re-init at run time so as to cut down on the wait time in the feedback loop while making new nodes, similar to a pip install . -e
