Description
### Expected Behavior
In an empty workflow, moving the mouse in a circular motion causes the CPU to work at 6% and the GPU at 40%
If i stop move the mouse go at 0%
Is this normal?
### Actual Behavior
CPU: 5%
GPU: 40%
