[feature] Can we have option to switch what version of python and/or troch version we have within one single Comfy install?

### Feature Idea

I was trying to solve an error when I saw that someone solved it by reverting back to an old version of comfy (with py 3.11) while at the same time, some other person said he solved it by instead upgrading to 3.12, isn't that crazy?
I wish I could switch between multiple python with my same comfy?
