Graphics card doesn't clock up

Hi,

my GTX 1070 (latest studio driver) does not clock high when generating images or videos but always remains at P-State 5.
Is there a trick to "nudge" my card so that it gets the full clock (P0)?

I haven't changed anything in ComfyUI's Lauch Options, should I?

I have no error messages in the console

I am on Win10.
