Unusual GPU peaks on idle (no execution) after recent updates

### Expected Behavior

0-3% GPU load on idle
RTX 4090 24GB, 128GB RAM, Windows 10 64bit

### Actual Behavior

6-8 to 91-93% GPU peaks moving the mouse over nodes or zooming (no execution)

Same GPU peaks can be observed while using --disable-all-custom-nodes command

### Steps to Reproduce

Open default template and watch the GPU load in the top bar of the Manager. Move the mouse over the nodes, zoom in/out .
Start ComfyUI using --disable-all-custom-nodes command and watch the GPU load in Task Manager
