[ Feature Request ] Change mouse pointer when over a "dot"

Currently, the mouse pointer changes into a + when it is over a node. However, and especially when zoomed out a couple steps, there is no user feedback when the mouse is over a noodle dot. I suggest an empty circle (as opposed to a dot's "filled" circle).

This will help prevent accidentally dragging nodes around when trying to attach noodles.
