Python upgrade script, that will mark nodes (or dependencies) that will fail.

### Feature Idea

Is there a way to check current nodes compatibility with 3.11 or 3.12 or even 3.13? (I'm still on 3.10 😁 and don't know what I'm loosing, maybe performance from 3.12)
Is there script or button that would check "all" dependencies and mark what will be broken while updating underlying python version?
