Persist more settings in workflow.json backup files

### Feature Idea

As a user, I want ComfyUI to persist more settings in workflow.json backup files, including `Batch count`, so that the backup and restore system consistently tracks all the settings.

I don't want to have to remember to write down this information separately and manually reapply it, every time I save and load workflows.
