Save Checkpoint with option to change precision and quantization - Flux optimization

### Feature Idea

Save Checkpoint only save the checkpoint as is, without option to change precision or quantization.
Allowing Save Checkpoint to have option for precision and quantization would be very useful for all models and particularly for large models like Flux.
