Feature: Send normal workflow.json (non-api) to API

It would be great to be able to send the normal workflow.json on top of being able to send workflow_api.json to the API. I only suggest this, as sometimes the save api button generates broken JSON, while the normal save button does not. See issue: #3627

This would make the app more robust, and not have to rely only on the API import/export functionality.
