issue with "Download Link with stable pytorch 2.2 cu121" version of Comfy based on python 3.11.8

I decided to install a plain version of comfy without all the custom nodes I have so I have a version that would run a bit faster and so I tried this version.

I encountered a number of problems with some of the nodes I used most of which I could resolve but there were 2 that I could not solve. For example there are 2 nodes called "Ksampler Select" and "Scheduler Selector" which allow you to define these variables outside the Ksampler node. However although I could connect the scheduler - an error was produced. The sample would not even connect.


I tried the same back on my steadfast but slow regular version of comfy 11.8.6 and these nodes work absolutely fine - so I am concluding there is something in this release that is causing these errors.

For the time I am reverting back to the old version
