After shutdown, reinstall required each time.

I can use ComfyUI all day - it works perfectly well. I closedown my computer, and the next day when I startup ComfyUI, I get the dark_theme screen - but no grid or graph or nodes etc. So I save all my workflows, custom_nodes, models, input/output etc etc and reinstall a new implementation of ComfyUI. It might take 10 minutes - but afterwards - it works!

I am lost as to why this is the case after every shutdown?!
