The Queue Prompt button can't be triggered after first time?????

Description
As for the txt2Img workflow, the Queue Prompt button seems could be triggered only on the first time when I input all the prompt text ??
When I clicked Queue Prompt button on twice or three times etc, the Queue Prompt button can't be triggered anymore , only when I modify the prompt it could be triggered ???
Is it designed in this way??? Why so stupid design ??
